Some landmarks become more than part of the landscape—they become part of a town’s story.
The La Salle silo stood for generations as one of the community’s earliest and most recognizable landmarks. Although it was taken down several years ago, it continues to hold nostalgic memories of what once was in our small but growing town.
This design is especially meaningful to me. La Salle is my hometown—the place where I raised my family and created so many memories of my own. Ode to the Silo is a tribute to our community’s roots and to a familiar piece of the skyline that longtime residents will always remember.
