Every piece is thoughtfully made to order, specifically for you.

Because production is planned around each individual order, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering to ensure you're selecting the best fit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final.

Please double-check your selected design, location, colour, size, and quantity before completing checkout.
